Social Justice Fundraiser

Overview:

I decided to create a fundraising project for social justice through art. In creating sticker and print designs catered towards social justice issues, such as the mistreatment of women in sexual violence or the Black Lives Matter movement. I worked to spread awareness of social injustices, where I uplift the voices of individuals undergoing social injustices.

Impact:

I have been able to raise hundreds of dollars to donate to social justice organizations like The Equal Justice Initiative, RAINN, and the USPS. I have spread awareness of social justice issues, and raised a call to action against injustices. My stickers and art prints are currently on consignment at Tia Chucha's Centro Cultural and Bookstore, where they continue to spread awareness.
